Prior to joining Dickinson in 2007, Cornelia Pallavicini spent 13 years at Christie's in four different postings. In 1994 she successfully set up and headed Christie's Lugano office in Switzerland. Three years later she was made the Managing Director of Christie's Austria, based in Vienna. In 2001 she was appointed Managing Director of Christie's Zurich, a crucial posting in the art world. In 2005 she moved to Christie's King Street, London, as a Director in the Chairman's office, Europe. There her main focus were the firm's business development in Russia as well as a a group of selected international private clients and institutions.

Apart from Cornelia's knowledge of the art market in different countries, her extensive work experience in the Old Master, Impressionist, Modern and Contemporary fields perfectly tie in with Dickinson's areas of expertise.

Cornelia Pallavicini has a Law Degree from Vienna University and a Post-Graduate Degree in Cultural Management from the Institut Superieur de Management Culturel, Paris. She speaks six languages.
